Identification of candidate gene and markers related to domestication and growth in Largemouth Bass (Micropterus salmoides)

In this study, we sampled and sequenced two largemouth bass populations A and B. Compared with population B, population A has higher artificial selection pressure. A1-A50 represents the 50 bass with the lightest body weight, and A51-A100 represents the 50 bass with the heaviest body weight in population A. B1-B50 represents the 50 bass with the lowest weight in Group B, while B50-B51 represents the heaviest bass in Group B.
