A systemic investigation on sub-compartment specific proteotoxicity in mitochondria and the adaptive response mechanisms

RNA SEQ was performed for the yeast cells expressing different model proteins (MBP(Maltose Binding Protein), DMMBP (Double mutant form of MBP), PMD(Protein with misfolded domain)) under galactose inducible promoter targeted to mitochondrial matrix and intermembrane space at four different time points(0hr, 4hr, 8hr and 12hr) in two replicates on Illumina Platform.
