shrimp intestinal microflora: 2b-RAD-M sequence Metagenome

The Litopenaeus vannamei used in the current experiment were purchased from a nearby market in Sanya, China. They were temporarily raised in a simulated seawater environment in the laboratory for 7 days to adapt to the conditions of subsequent experiments. Then, all shrimp were randomly divided to two groups, the phage group and the negative control group. Three replicates were set for per group. The enrichment liquid of phage was added daily, while the control group was added the equivalent sterile water every day. The entire breeding assay was lasted for 7 days and feed was stopped on the last day. Then, five health shrimps with similar size were randomly selected from each group and their intestinal tissue was dissected and retained under sterile conditions. Five individuals were mixed as one sample.
