UK-NZ mummies

Dataset from DNA metabarcoding analysis on aphid mummies using universal COI primers to amplify the DNA of aphids, parasitoids and hyperparasitoids. The Excel file displays the number of reads for each MOTU (rows) and in each sample (columns). The first page corresponds to mummies collected from New Zwealand, the second Excel page corresponds to mummies collected in the UK. This dataset supports a publication currently under revision for the journal Metabarcoding and Metagenomics (MBMG).
