NRS-770 | Proceedings of general courts [Trustees of the Clergy and School Lands]

These volumes contain minutes of the quarterly general courts of the trustees which were held in the first week of March, June, September and December of each year. Also included, in chronological order, are minutes of "special general meetings" of the trustees which were held two or three times a year as required to deal with urgent business. In addition to the above categories of meeting, there was held, on the first Tuesday in the month of February in each year, a general court, assembled to receive the accounts of the Treasurer and to appoint a Committee for auditing them (see Charter of Incorporation, HRA 1.11.450). The Minutes of these meetings are interleaved in chronological order with the rest.
