资源简介:
Sulfur is an essential component of biological molecules, with sulfate as the primary bioavailable source for plants. Plants respond to sulfate deficiency through physiological and metabolic adaptations accompanied by transcriptional and post-transcriptional reprogramming. While Solanum lycopersicum (tomato) exhibits significant transcriptome reprogramming in response to sulfate deficiency in roots and leaves, the role of microRNAs in regulating this response remains unexplored. In this study, we analyzed miRNA expression in tomato roots and leaves at 3 and 4 weeks post-sowing under sulfate-deficient conditions.
