A cytoplasmic form of EHMT1(N) methylates viral proteins to enable inclusion body maturation and efficient viral replication

This study comprises of mammalian cells infected with Sendai Virus or other pathogenic viruses, immunolabelled for proteins localized to viral IBs and imaged by confocal microscopy. The influence of a host protein, EHMT1 on viral IBs is assessed under various conditions by monitoring the formation of these structures.
