Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of human hepatocellular cercinoma cells HLF single cultured and HLF co-cultured with CD4+ T cells isolated from healthy donors

In this study, we investigated the role of CD40 in liver cancer progression. We elucidated the complex interplay between CD40 presenting in cancer cells with their ligand in T cells, and its interaction driven the dowstream signalings of cancer cell proliferation and apoptosis pathways. To investigate the change of liver cancer cell line - HLF before and after exposed to healthy donors 'CD4+ T cells We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 groups, in which HLF single cultrure served as control group and HLF-T cells co-culture sereved as treatment group
