Germline genes are ectopically expressed in the somatic lineages of spr-5; met-2 mutant 100-200 cell embryos N2 wildtype and spr-5; met-2 mutant 100-200 cell embryos were dissociated with chitinase to make single cell cDNA libraries using 10X Genomics Single-Cell Capturing System and analyzed using Cell Ranger and Seurat.
