Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) detected in the comparison within the scab-resistant cultivar 'Greensis' at 12 hours after inoculation with Venturia nashicola. The abbreviation 'G' denotes 'Greensis', and the numerical value following the abbreviation represents the time in hours after inouclation with V. nashicola. The expression levels of each DEG were quantified as fragments per kilobase of exon pear million mapped fragments (FPKM) and log2-fold change (FC).
