资源简介:
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a common metabolic liver disorder associated with obesity, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, and type 2 diabetes. The disease ranges from simple steatosis to steatohepatitis, fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of this article was to analyze morphological changes in liver tissue associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The findings indicate that macrovesicular steatosis, hepatocyte ballooning, lobular inflammation, fibrosis, and sinusoidal alterations are key pathological features. Early morphological assessment is important for prognosis and prevention of progressive liver damage.
