Reproducible analysis and structured dataset for "Toward clinical-grade deep learning in coronary angiography: a systematic review"

This record contains the structured dataset and analysis code accompanying the systematic review "Toward clinical-grade deep learning in coronary angiography". The dataset comprises extracted study characteristics and quality appraisal results for the included studies, together with the search strategies and screening records documenting the selection process. The accompanying code reproduces the analyses and figures reported in the review. Data extraction and quality appraisal were carried out with PaperMole (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21808119). Data are released under CC-BY-4.0, code under MIT.
