网进药品服务平台系统

为推动区域药品销售统一标准、协同监管、服务大众的信息化发展，通过构建闭环式药品信息化监管平台，利用互联网+、大数据和区块链等技术，通过区域内的医疗机构、药店的药品数据和医药处方数据，建立起面向患者、政府监管部门的智能化平台，实现医疗机构处方向区域内社会零售药店开放共享复用，打破医疗服务院内流转边界，实现就诊配药信息全程互享互通。

To advance the informatized development of unified standards, collaborative supervision, and public-oriented services for regional pharmaceutical sales, this work constructs a closed-loop pharmaceutical informatized supervision platform. Leveraging technologies including Internet Plus, Big Data, and Blockchain, the platform is built based on pharmaceutical data and medical prescription data from medical institutions and retail pharmacies within the region, targeting both patients and government regulatory authorities. It enables prescriptions from medical institutions to be openly shared and reused by social retail pharmacies in the region, breaks the circulation boundaries of medical services within hospital premises, and achieves full interconnection and mutual sharing of information throughout the entire process of consultation and medication dispensing.
