DATASET: Modelos de Inteligencia artificial para la detección de la madurez del mango

This dataset has been compiled and structured as part of a literature review of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models for mango maturity detection. The main objective of this review is to identify and evaluate the AI models that show the greatest effectiveness in classifying mango maturity, using a variety of criteria and formats established for the analysis. The dataset includes information drawn from previous studies on the use of AI techniques (such as machine learning, neural networks and computer vision) applied to mango maturity. Evaluation criteria include accuracy, generalizability, model complexity, among other important factors used to determine the effectiveness of each model. This dataset is organized according to the key categories that were identified in the literature review, allowing researchers to get a clear view of the most promising models and their characteristics.
