Pocillopora population genomic connectivity in New Caledonia ecoregion

This project aims at refining the genetic structuring patterns previously found using microsatellites among populations of four Pocillopora species that are abundantly found in New Caledonia ecoregion: P. acuta, P. grandis, P. meandrina, and P. verrucosa.
