Processed, de-identified data files for the IMPACT study of immune dysfunction in myeloma precursor conditions (MGUS and SMM). Includes single-cell RNA-seq (1,433,497 cells across 42,090 genes, with per-lineage subcluster objects), ELISA serology, MMR serology, Olink plasma proteomics, ELISPOT, TCR repertoire data, participant-level demographics, and the external validation tables used by the figure scripts.
