This dataset comprises anonymized records of participants involved in the study in the format of Excel spreadsheet. It includes information on demographics, COVID-19 vaccination status, knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions related to COVID-19, as well as barriers and facilitators to COVID-19 vaccination.
