Decade-Long Leukemia Remissions with Persistence of CD4+ CAR T-Cells

Two patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) were treated with CD19 targeted CAR T therapy and followed over several years. Peripheral blood from both patients at multiple time points was collected, and 5' CITE-Seq with TCR profiling was performed on sorted CD3+CAR+ T cells at multiple time points. Here, we deposit the raw sequencing data for these single-cell experiments.
