ADMB computer program for multispecies-biomass dynamics model (NW_AtlEcosysConnect project)

<p>This dataset includes the source computer code, an example data file, the executable program, and sample output. The sample biomass and catch data spans from 1979 to 2008 and is from the Northeast Shelf Large Marine Ecosystem. Regions for the analysis include: Georges Bank (GB), Gulf of Maine (GoM), and Southern New England (SNE). Model input is observed biomass and catch for multiple migrating and non-migrating fish species; model output includes predicted biomass for the species. The code was written for <a href=\"http://www.admb-project.org/\" target=\"_blank\">AD Model Builder</a> by Minho Kang.&nbsp; ADMB files are written as template files, e.g. multispecies.tpl.&nbsp;The template file is translated to C++, multispecies.cpp,&nbsp;which is compiled to multispecies.obj.</p>
