Transcriptome analysis of spleen of tilapia against bacterial infection at different temperature. Oreochromis mossambicus

This data set includes 8 transcriptomes of spleen of Mozambique tilapia against bactria Streptococcus agalactiae infection at 32 degree and 22 degree. 4 were challenged at 32 degree while the other 4 were at 22 degree. At each temperature scale, 2 transcriptomes were sampled at 4 and 24 hours post infection, whereas the other 2 were controls.
