Dataset on Antimicrobial Activity and fermentation optimization of Soil-Derived Actinomycetes from Nepal

This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the study on antibacterial activity of Nepalese soil actinomycetes.Included files:Two Excel files, one Word, one README file showing tables, equations and explaining variables.The data were generated as part of the project, "Isolation of Nepalese Soil Actinomycetes and RSM-Driven Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for Maximum Antimicrobial Production".
