Raw sequencing data for genome assembly of Tridacna crocea

Whole-genome sequencing data of the boring giant clam Tridacna crocea, collected from Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, Japan. This dataset includes PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing data and Hi-C chromatin conformation capture data, which were used to generate the chromosome-scale haplotype-phased genome assembly.
