The series consists of raw, summarized, and analyzed anthropometric, health, physical examination, dental, nutrition, and social functioning data generated on subjects during the 30-year and 40-year follow-up studies of the Harvard School of Public Health Longitudinal Studies of Child Health and Development. There are nine folders for each subject, including: 1) anthropometric examination forms; 2) narrative health histories and health history forms; 3) physical examination records and various medical test reports (blood, hearing, electrocardiograph, pathology); 4) vision examination reports and histories; 5) dental examination reports; 6) nutrition interview forms, summaries, and calculations; 7) social work interview forms completed at the office; 8) home visit social work interview summaries; and 9) social work interviews completed with the subject's mother. Folders 5, 8, and 9 are empty for most subjects.
