Effects of low oxygen environment on intestinal microorganism at high altitude

In this study, 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing technology was used to compare the species composition, evolutionary relationships among species and diversity of the intestinal microflora of healthy SD rats before and after returning from the plateau to the plain, so as to explore the relationship between intestinal microflora and the plateau de-adaptation response.
