Use of Metagenomic Next-Generation Sequencing to Diagnose Tropheryma whipplei Infection-Related Pneumonia: A Case Report

This project contains DNA metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) data from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) collected from a patient with pneumonia. Sequencing was performed by Adicon Clinical Laboratories, Inc. (Hangzhou, China) using the PDC-seq infectious pathogen test to detect Tropheryma whipplei.
