This volume contains copies of Gazette Notices relating to approvals given for residential leases, notification regarding forfeiture of lease, the extension of terms of residential leases and the approval of applications to purchase land comprised in residential leases. The following information is given: the number of lease, the number of application and date of its receipt by Land Agent, registered number of papers, name and address of lessee, county, parish, gold or mineral field, area, term of lease, annual rent, amount paid to land agent as deposit, survey fee and provisional rent, amount of expenses deducted from deposits, amount credited as payment of first year's rent, balance of deposit etc. and amount now called for.
