Estrogen receptor GPR30 agonist G-1 promotes hair growth via Wnt signaling in mice

G-1 was dissolved in an appropriate vehicle (ethanol containing 2% DMSO) to ensure uniform delivery. Two days after shaving the hair on the back of the Wild type or Gpr30-deficient female mouse, a fixed volume (100 µL) of the solution was applied daily to the shaved dorsal area for a period of 24 days.
