Angelica pubescens genome

Angelica pubescens plants were cultivated in Wufeng Mountain, Yichang City, Hubei Province, China.Genomic DNA was extracted from young leaves and the mixed samples consisting of leaves, stems, roots, flowers, and flower buds of 3-year old plants was used to extract mRNA and structure full length transcriptome sequencing.the Illumina HiSeq X Ten and PacBio Sequel II platforms and the high-throughput chromatin capture (Hi-C) technology were used to sequence and assemble the chromosaome-scale genome of A. pubescens.
