Transcriptomic and epigenetic profiling of the pancreata from old mice after transient OSKM activation and recovery

OSKM activation can restore age-associated features in vitro, and its cyclic transient expression can extend lifespan in progeroid mice. We found that a single period of transient OSKM activation in old mice reconfigures its transcriptome and methylome towards youthful profile Pancreas samples coming from young control (13 weeks), old control (55 weeks) and old (55 weeks) mice after transient OSKM activation and recovery for 2 weeks were collected and analysed.
