SoyMD

SoyMD is a curated and integrated multi-omics resource for soybean. In this database, we integrated and analyzed datasets from genomics, transcriptomics,variomics, epigenetics, phenomics and metabolomics. In addition, a series of multi-omics search and analysis tools are integrated to facilitate the browsing and application of these datasets.

SoyMD是一款面向大豆、经精心整理与整合的多组学（multi-omics）资源库。本数据库整合并分析了来自基因组学（genomics）、转录组学（transcriptomics）、变异组学（variomics）、表观基因组学（epigenetics）、表型组学（phenomics）以及代谢组学（metabolomics）的多组学数据集。此外，本数据库还集成了一系列多组学检索与分析工具，以方便用户浏览与应用上述数据集。
