资源简介:
Disruption of the cerebrovascular integrity is involved in the context of drug abuse. Our study provides a potential new therapeutic strategy to cerebrovascular damage in the context of drug abuse. MicroRNAs were involved in a number of CNS pathologies, including brain tumors, neurodegeneration and MS. Moreover, miRNAs are envisioned as therapeutic strategies to treat neurovascular-dependent brain diseases since a certain number of miRNAs have been implicated in the regulation of BBB function under normal and inflammatory conditions. Therefore, miRNA profiling was performed to identify the specific miRNA in the regulation of endothelial cell function in of HBMECs treated with Meth. MiR-30d-5p was characterized because its down-regulation was validated in HBMECs treated with Meth or LPS.
