This sample data and model are for use with the PanoMito example code; the full dataset will be made publicly available upon publication. Test_data.zip contains 611 test dataset images for generating benchmark results. Fig3P1.zip contains 3,172 unlabeled images for generating the results shown in Figure 3. Model.zip contains: Cellpose model: "cellpose_model" Clustering model: "PanoMitoSeg.pth" K-means model: "init_kmeans_model_k_12.pkl" Segmentation model: "PanoMitoSeg.pth"
