资源简介:
This dataset was developed as part of a scoping review investigating strategies to mitigate occupational heat stress among outdoor workers in Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) countries. It contains structured information extracted from 39 peer-reviewed articles that met the final inclusion criteria based on predefined parameters following the PEO framework (Population, Exposure, and Outcome),focused on heat exposure or mitigation in outdoor labor contexts.
The dataset captures variables such as study design, methodology, occupational group, country, key findings, and both formal (policy-level) and informal (practice-based) heat mitigation interventions. It also includes author-proposed policy recommendations and evidence of existing regional policies where applicable.
Users can expect three files:
- Elicit_-_reviewed.csv: the cleaned, verified dataset used in synthesis
- Elicit_-_final.csv: the raw AI-assisted extraction output with supporting quotes and rationale
- Final_studies_SR.csv: citation metadata for the 39 included studies
Together, these files provide a comprehensive foundation for analyzing how MENA countries are addressing workplace heat stress and can support future research, surveillance, and policy planning.
