To investigate the global analysis of H3K4me3 of HBV-KMT2B integrated HPCs, CUT&Tag analysis of HBV-KMT2B integrated HPCs and KMT2B heterozygous knockout HPCs was performed. Overall design: We investigated the function of HBV-KMT2B integration in HCC development.To investigate HBV integration, we detected HBV-human junctions by next-generation sequencing. Then we reproduce a HBV integraiton on induced pluripotent stem cells. Established HBV integrated iPSCs were differentiated into hepatic progenitor cells (HPCs), subsquently analyzed phenotype. Further,we investigated the global analysis of H3K4me3 of HBV-KMT2B integrated HPCs(HPC-Int). KMT2B heterozygous knockout HPCs (HPC-HT) were used for control of HBV-KMT2B integrated HPCs. For CUT&Tag analysis, 2 x 10^5 cells of each cell line were used.
