Source-to-Video Templates: Reviewable Briefs for PPT, PDF, Documents and Data

This open toolkit contains 16 copyable Markdown worksheets for turning source material into a reviewable visual explanation. It supports PowerPoint decks, PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, diagrams, technical architecture, SOPs, user manuals, research findings, lesson plans, release notes, executive reports, and public webpages. Each worksheet starts with the intended viewer question, identifies the source facts and labels that must remain exact, names a reviewer, and records the decision or action the viewer should be able to make after watching. The toolkit is designed to help teams prepare a brief for a writer, designer, educator, or production partner; it is not a replacement for the original source, a controlled procedure, security runbook, legal policy, or subject-matter review. The source repository and current version are public. KPainter is the tool ecosystem in which the creator uses these source-led briefs; the templates remain reusable under CC BY 4.0.
