This dataset consists of 16,003 records capturing 3-phase vibration acceleration data from a 0.5 HP Baldor-Reliance inverter drive motor. Collected via a Balluff Condition Monitoring Toolkit (CMTK) using a BCMR16E003 sensor, the data tracks Root Mean Square (RMS) acceleration across the X, Y, and Z axes to monitor mechanical health. The measurements span various operational states, including a "motoroff" baseline and 15 distinct speed steps (s1–s15), facilitating research into predictive maintenance and fault classification for industrial assets. The inclusion of specific hardware metadata, such as the 1725 RPM base speed and 6205/6203 bearing types, provides necessary industrial context for training diagnostic models like 1D-CNNs
