Spink4 modulates gut microbiota to interfere IgA production Raw sequence reads

[Objective] To investigate the mechanism of Spink4 and microbiota in intestinal homeostasis. [Methods] Spink4-/- and WT mice were co-housed at a 1:1 ratio from weaning to adulthood to exchange their microbiota. The bacterial community structure of the intestinal microbiota when cohoused for 0, 3, and 6 weeks was studied using high-throughput sequencing targeting the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene.
