Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to detect transcriptome changes in SPEC-2 cells after CDK12-IN-3(50nM) treatment. SPEC-2 cells in the experimental group were treated with CDK12-IN-3(50nM) for 72 hours compared with SPEC-2 cells in the blank control group. Each group of cells had 3 replicates. We then performed gene expression profiling on the mrna-seg data from six cell samples.
