All building permits from 2019 - 2024 pulled from the Accela database. File contains all permit statuses - in review, issued, closed - so you can gauge pipeline vs. actual permits vs. actual construction. PLEASE CONSULT THE KEY IN THE DESCRIPTION FOR PERMIT STATUS EXPLANATION. This also contains the Zoning and the Land Use that came from GIS at the time of application. Lat/Long are included for easy mapping.
