Evaluation of Structural Properties and Defect Energetics in AlxGa1-xN Alloys

This is the updated supplementary material document. The material contains the equation of state, Monte Carlo simulation data, and bond quantification. These data are validated against literature values. Additionally, the geometric configurations of lowest and highest energy Frenkel pair in 25% AlGaN composition are highlighted.
