资源简介:
Organic acids mixture (Eliarmour) was evaluated for its potential to enhance stress priming and memory in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) seedlings. Two concentrations (1:500 and 1:1000) were tested to assess their impact on gene expression and stress response pathways using RNA-Seq analysis.Differential expression analysis revealed that the higher concentration (ELIA500) induced a stronger priming response, characterized by upregulation of jasmonic acid (JA), salicylic acid (SA), abscisic acid (ABA), and ethylene signaling pathways, along with increased expression of stress-related transcription factors and genes involved in secondary metabolism. In contrast, the lower concentration (ELIA1000) exhibited a moderate response, with reduced JA priming, partial activation of SA and ABA pathways, and persistent but less pronounced ethylene and reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling.Comparative analysis highlighted concentration-dependent effects on gene expression, with ELIA500 inducing broader and more intense transcriptional changes than ELIA1000. These findings suggest that Eliarmour effectively enhances plant defense mechanisms, with higher concentrations eliciting stronger and more sustained stress priming and memory responses.
