Data for the manuscript "Interactive effects of management and temperature anomalies on CO2 fluxes recorded over 18 years in a temperate upland grassland"

Datasets related to the results presented in the manuscript "Interactive effects of management and temperature anomalies on CO2 fluxes recorded over 18 years in a temperate upland grassland". The datasets contain daily observations from 2003 to 2021, paired between two grassland management in Laqueuille, Central Massif, France. The time series not complete, that is, only daily data observed in both treatments were used for the analysis.
