资源简介:
Subchondral insufficiency fracture of the knee (SIFK) is a common cause of knee joint pain that mainly afflicts the elderly. Yet its transcriptional profiles of cartilage in SIFK and OA patients are largely unknown. We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on the cartilage of a SIFK patient, then compared with the processed scRNA-seq files of normal and OA cartilage tissues which were acquired from GSE169454. Cartilage samples from SIFK and OA patients were used to confirm some of the transcriptional expression. Overall design: Articular chondrocytes from Subchondral insufficiency fracture of the knee (SIFK) patient were harvested and analyzed by scRNA-seq
