资源简介:
The aim of this study was to explore the involvement of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) during intermittent parathyroid hormone (PTH) induced cementogenesis. OCCM-30 cells at 80% confluence were treated with 100 ng/ml PTH (dissolved in 0.1% acetic acid), while the control group was treated with 0.1% acetic acid. The treatment of PTH or acetic acid lasted for the first 6 hours in each cycle (one cycle represented 24 hours), then OCCM-30 cells were treated with fresh medium containing no PTH or acetic acid during the subsequent 18 hours in each cycle. After 2 cycles of PTH treatment, cells were harvested and tested. All the samples with three biological replicates were hybridized for each condition (PTH group and control group).
