This dataset corresponds to the Cryo-EM reconstruction Capsid structure of the L-A helper virus from native viral communities, deposited in the Electron Microscopy Data Bank under accession EMD-15189. The dataset is associated with the publication Delineating organizational principles of the endogenous L-A virus by cryo-EM and computational analysis of native cell extracts and was generated within the ERA Chair / Hot4Cryo project by the Institute of Chemical Biology of the National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF) in collaboration with the laboratory of Professor Panagiotis Kastritis at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
