The goal of this study was to investigate whether histone modifcations and gene expression changes in mouse macrophages induced by beta glucan could persist over the course of many cell divisions following stimulus removal Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modifications H3K4me1, H3K4me3, and H3K27Ac, and RNA-sequencing of LM1 cells (immortalized mouse BMDMs) at 7 timepoints during beta glucan stimulation and 7 timepoints after stimlus removal
