This study investigates the toxicological effects of N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), a widespread tire additive and environmental pollutant, on zebrafish (Danio rerio). To explore the underlying mechanisms of 6PPD-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and hepatic toxicity, we conducted RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) on liver samples from zebrafish exposed to 6PPD and control groups. The study aims to identify differentially expressed genes and disrupted biological pathways related to energy metabolism and oxidative stress.
