The dataset is sourced from Handan Mingren Hospital, Handan City, and generated in the operational Hospital Information System (HIS). Specifically, when a patient completes discharge settlement or triggers interim settlement upon reaching a predetermined threshold during their inpatient stay, the inpatient charging system invokes the medical insurance interface to conduct cost decomposition and reimbursement calculation, and generates the dataset after receiving the official settlement results returned by the medical insurance platform.
