This project involves the whole-genome sequencing and assembly of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus strain ATABAY-TRLr01, which was isolated from human fecal samples. The aim of this study is to characterize the genomic features, probiotic potential, and safety profile of this human-derived strain through comprehensive bioinformatic analyses. The generated genome data will contribute to comparative genomics and probiotic functional studies.
