The effect of biological agents on soil bacterial community structure

Two biological agents (Zhongshengmin and Tetramycin) and two chemical agents (carbendazim and thiazole zinc) were used to irrigate Chinese cabbage roots. After 35 days of root irrigation, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere soil of Chinese cabbage after applying different agents, clarifying the impact of different agent applications on the soil environment
